The connection runs inside your own cloud account. I don't copy, store or host your business data. Your AI assistant sees only what a specific question requires.
Nothing happens without a human
Read-only by default. Anything that writes back is proposed, not executed. The AI drafts it; a person on your team approves it. Nothing moves on its own.
Your permissions, not new ones
The connection inherits the roles you already have. Nobody gains access to anything they couldn't already open yesterday.
Everything is on the record
Every question asked, every record touched and every action taken is logged and reviewable — by you and by your security team.
And if I get hit by a bus?
A fair question for a one-person firm, so here is the structural answer: the code lives in your repository, the infrastructure in your cloud account, everything is documented, and it is all built on an open industry standard — nothing proprietary to me. Any competent developer can pick it up on day one. Handover terms are written into the contract.

- Audit & repair. Already had something built? I review it in plain English and fix what's broken.
- Support subscription. Monitoring, updates and tuning as the AI platforms change.
- Expansion over time. Add systems and capabilities as your needs grow.
What I don't do
- Only this, nothing sideways. No general software development, no database upgrades, no bug fixes in your systems.
- No reselling ready-made connectors. If an off-the-shelf connector already covers your need, I'll tell you and point you to it. You pay me nothing for that.
- No black boxes. Everything built for you is documented and handed over.

Why this is the only thing I do
Seventeen years of building software taught me one uncomfortable thing: the code is rarely what fails. What fails is everything around it — who is allowed to see what, which system tells the truth, and what happens after the person who built it walks away. That is why I now do one thing, and why I do it this way.
The connection is the easy part. The rules around it are not.
I spent years on a healthcare platform serving 250,000 patients and 2,000 clinicians, where the wrong person seeing the wrong record is a federal offence. That is where I learned to design permissions and audit trails first and the feature second — which is why read-only and human approval are defaults here, not upgrades.
Nothing anyone has ever handed me was clean.
Undocumented databases. Custom software older than the team maintaining it. Payment and CRM integrations collapsing under production load. An entire product ecosystem still sitting on on-premise servers. Legacy is not an exception I tolerate — it is the material I have worked in for seventeen years.
It has to keep working after I leave.
I sat on the CTO Council of a 3,000-person software firm and wrote the standards for architecture, documentation and handover applied across every client project. I build the way I made hundreds of other engineers build: documented, in your repository, readable by whoever comes next.
